The cattery is attached to my home.
My five males have large areas were they can move around, they have access to sunny windowsills where they can laze around quite contentedly and watch the gentle flutter of butterflies or listen to the warbling of song birds in the garden.
An orange grove separates the house from the cattery. The females are used to both the comfort of my home and the cattery. The cattery is equipped with extractor fans and air-conditioning. The walls are covered by luxuriant flowering bougainvillae vines of different hues. It really is a magnificent place.
Looking down from the windows of the cattery one can see orange trees, heavy with fruit. If one looks out from the other side, one can see beautiful hibiscus shrubs, a riot of colour; magnolia trees and golden kissed limestone walls covered with green leafy vine trees. On balmy summer nights the opulent smell of jasmine flowers in the garden is truly overpowering.
A truly Mediterranean garden, an idyllic setting for my gorgeous cats. |
